1st & 2nd February 2017 – Aardvarking for Charity

For the 3rd consecutive year, we are donating all of our revenue from the 1st February to our selected charities. This year, we’re going one step further and donating our revenue from the 2nd February as well!

We have chosen the below charities this year. Maybe you would like to donate too, by following the links to their websites?

Stevenage Lister Hospital

We wanted to support our local hospital through their charity. Every year the charity helps the hospital improve its environment and enhance the care and treatment that patients and families receive.

Macmillan Cancer Support

Macmillan’s ambition is to reach and improve the lives of everyone living with cancer and to inspire millions of others to do the same.

Yemen Crisis Appeal

The ongoing conflict in Yemen has devastated millions of people’s lives. Right now, more than half the population don’t have enough food. Almost a quarter face starvation. Families are living with no water or electricity. The British Red Cross are bringing vital help to people in desperate need.

The Woodland Trust

The Woodland Trust support wildlife, increase the resilience of our landscapes, challenge climate change, develop against pests an disease, and campaign to protect and safeguard vulnerable woods. And they plant lots of trees!

Cancer Research UK

CRUK fund scientists, doctors and nurses to help beat cancer sooner. They also provide cancer information to the public.

The Bee Cause

Our bees are in crisis. Without them, our environment and economy – including our food – are in trouble too. We need them to pollinate our fruit and vegetables – it would cost farmers £1.8 billion a year to hand pollinate crops. The Friends fo the Earth ‘Bee Cause’ is helping to save them.
